Think Ink...


Yesterday at Uni we where joined by some on the Think Publicity agency who came iin to set us our new brief..

Rare fashion is a big on-line retailer but you can also find there clothes in concessions in topshop, bank and house of Fraser to name a few. They have a regular presence in weekly fashion magazines such a Grazia and Look as well as monthly publications such as Cosmo and Marie Clare.

In June 2010 Rare are releasing a sub brad named 'Rare Ink' The brands immediate focus Will be online, with a presence in blogs, online magazines and social networking sites. Rare Ink will be aimed at 14-25 year olds and will be sold exclusively in flag shop stores and online at www.rarefashio.co.uk.

So we have been asked to Individually launch rare fashion to the press, followed by launching to the core customer. We will need to create 4 creative boards that are to be industry ready and at a professional standard that will cover:

  • Profiling the Rare Ink customer
  • PR marketing and events tools
  • Gifting
  • 3rd Party alliances
As well as this we must also complete a SWOT analysis (Strengths, weaknesses, opportunity and threats) about A London launch event for the press, Digital Launch and a PR campaign.
